Kettlebell instructor, Frank DiMeo, currently trains at the Personallized Fitness Center in Sarasota, Florida in his fitness program entitled "The Russian Express: Ballistic Strength Training Program". He is a certified personal trainer as well as a youth and senior fitness specialist.

Frank also currently trains youths, adults, and seniors in self-defense, including training at the YMCA (youth program) and Shapes Total Fitness. This former U.S. Paratrooper (Rapid Deployment Force), is currently training in Systema at the Russian Combat Academy with a former Spetsnaz (Russian special forces) Instructor. Add his current Systema training to his over 20 years of martial arts experience (Okinowan Uechi-Ryu Karate (Nidan), U.S. Kickboxing, and military hand-to-hand combat training), and you have a very qualified self-defense instructor.
