Coach Russell Baillie has worked with athletes and individuals from all walks of life. From the grass roots level of early child sporting development, mainly athletics to the professional athlete of numerous sports including boxing, MMA, judo and track and field to the regular person wishing to achieve optimum results, performance and physical attributes, Coach Baillie is becoming quickly renowned in the world of strength and conditioning coaching.
Having trained in numerous disciplines including olympic lifting, sprinting, long distance running and other track and field events for the last 10 years, most recently becoming involved with sambo, judo, wrestling and kettlebells he is trusted in delivering results within his coaching framework for success. Primarily delivering instruction through the use of seminars and private training groups he has trained athletes and individuals from all over Europe. With the advent of modern technology he is able to reach a wider audience with his coaching speciality of speed and strength development.
Currently, his time is spent in developing his new athletes training group, training athletes of all ages, abilities, walks of life and disciplines as well as training as part of team Dynamo Glasgow Sambo. The remainder of his time is spent developing new products and crafting articles of interest to the strength and conditioning community, as well as serving on the editorial staff of Kettlebell.com.
